NEO4 Invitational Tournament Results :: Feb 26th

RedSkullz have won the invitational tourney at NEO4. They played with V6 (v6 and I.3 gamers combined) in the final match.

NEO4 :: Opening Day CS Tournament (Feb 26th)

An invitational CS 1.6 tournament is happening at NEO4 (Neo @ The Planet) today. Five teams are participating: RedSkullz, Synergy, TPF, EVO and V6 (mix).

Counter Strike 1.6 :: Hi-Level Tourney @ NEO2

Four Teams are participating in the Hi-Level Tourney which starts at 12pm at NEO2 (Gulberg).

1. Renegades, 2. shOck, 3. HIV+, 4. Heat

Each team will play against the other team. The two teams with the highest points will play the Final match. The defending champions are 'R' (Renegades).

Maps:
Pool matches: 1 map based on toss (Dust2, Inferno, Nuke)
Final : Best of 3 maps (Dust2, Inferno, Nuke, Cbbl and Train)

March 11th :: Next CS Amateur Tournament @ NEO1

The next Amateur Tourney at NEO1 will take place on March 11th (Saturday). The amateur clans are requested to register at any branch of Neomatrix Gaming Network by March 5th.

The defending champions are RED SKULLZ.

WCG Announces Official Titles for 2006 Competition!

The World Cyber Games Committee has announced the eight titles that will serve as official games for the 2006 World Cyber Games. The six PC games and 2 console games include: StarCraft: Brood War (PC); Warcraft3: Frozen Throne (PC); Half-Life: Counter-Strike 1.6 (PC); Warhammer 40,000: Winter Assault (PC); FIFA Soccer 06 (PC); Need for Speed: Most Wanted (PC); Dead or Alive 4 (Xbox 360) and Project Gotham Racing 3 (Xbox 360). WCG 2006 Grand Final will be held in Monza, Italy this October.

Notice that Counter Strike Source has been replaced by CS 1.6! Welldone!

Match Room @ Neo2 - Update

The match room at NEO2 is ready for matches. It will primarily be used for tournaments and for friendly clan matches on a first come first serve basis or bookings on weekends.

Also, when all the other PCs are being utilized, the gamers will be allowed to play in the match room.
